Music Video reflection
In my music video I think my colour scheme and mine en scene was very successful. Throughout my video I tried to keep the mis en scene all with the same colours and all incorporating green and bright colours. I also added a filter to the video to brighten up the background colours as I wanted the video to constitute happiness- which is also why all the clips show people laughing and having fun. When filming, I edited as I went along so that I ensured I had enough clips and could film more clips if I needed. This meant I didn’t have to repeat any clips, and made the video more interesting and kept the audience engaged. Although the storyline wasn’t explicit in my music video, the message it illustrated was evident through the use of lip-syncing the important lyrics and the different collations of videos.
